• Fill & define: Using the brow pencil, apply light, hair-like strokes to fill in sparse areas and define brows for a natural-looking finish.
• Blend & perfect: Blend through brows with the spoolie to soften lines and create even, natural definition.
• Set & finish: As the last step, set your brow look with a brow gel to help it stay put.
