Natural eyebrows that wow! This buildable wax-gel hybrid is enriched with Kaolin Clay and hair-like fibers that adhere to and enhance your brows. Brush and shape the tinted gel into place and your brows will immediately appear voluminous, fuller, and naturally filled in. Can be used on its own or as a topcoat over brow powder or pencil.

How to Use

1. Start with clean, brushed brows after applying complexion makeup and before mascara.
2. Using the brush, apply e.l.f. Wow Brow Gel from the inner corner to the tail using short, upward strokes while following the natural arch.
3. Add light layers to build color, fullness, and hold, focusing on sparse areas to help brows look fuller and naturally filled in.
4. For extra definition, fill brows first with e.l.f. Instant Lift Brow Pencil or e.l.f. Lock On Liner & Brow Cream, then layer e.l.f. Wow Brow Gel on top to enhance fullness and help set brows in place.
